Getting my next years appointment was very poor the receptionist who schedule my appoinyment for next year did not want to write it down for me she said I could grab a card that I was sitting near and shot it down myself. I asked for information on my visit today and she said we no longer provide this because uconn was saving on paper, She was very rude to me this has never happened to before ive been coming to uconn for years.

The office accommodated my request for as soon as possible , to follow up with my recent ER visits, and I was very happy to be able to see this vital member of my care team
